Bovenste ooglidcorrectie (hangend bovenste ooglid door overtollige huid)<\/h2>\n

Overtollige huid aan het bovenste ooglid houdt verband met verslapping van het steunweefsel en wordt dermatochalasis genoemd.<\/p>\n

Dermatochalasis kan eenvoudig worden behandeld met een bovenste ooglidcorrectie<\/p>\n

\u200b\u200bHet overtollige huidweefsel kan eenvoudig worden verwijderd door een elliptische resectie in de bovenste ooglidplooi of een driehoekige resectie in de buitenste ooghoek. Deze ingreep is het meest effectief in combinatie met een resectie van ongeveer dezelfde grootte van de onderliggende spier: de orbicularis. Het gaat om een myocutane resectie, de meest voorkomende behandeling voor dermatochalasis.<\/p>\n

De ingreep kan functioneel zijn (om een verminderd gezichtsveld te behandelen) of esthetisch (zonder vergoeding door de mutualiteit). Dit hangt af van de metingen van het gezichtsveld en de toestand van het ooglid v\u00f3\u00f3r de operatie.[\/vc_column_text]
